Tammy is currently acting as Project Manager for all DOT title services contracts, including those for District 6 (Monroe and Miami-Dade).

As Project Manager, Tammy oversees all aspects of the title services contracts.
Tammy is responsible for workload delegation and delivery timeframes. She also handles organization and application of project-wide document histories – “Master Files”. This application allows for uniformity in identification of title issues within an entire project.

Tammy is also responsible for management of production and ensuring that quality products are delivered in a timely manner. She works directly with clients to determine the type of product that will best fit their needs – Commitment, O & E report, Title Search report or Specific Purpose report.
